Our headquarters hotel will be the University Inn with a special price of $139/night. Located north of downtown Seattle, we'll be just 15 minutes drive from the Space Needle and other sights. Secure your reservation before our room block gets filled by going to the University Inn bookings link, or call 866-866-7977, or email [email protected]. The hotel address is 4140 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle.

The University Inn is a small boutique hotel that offers amenities sure to make your stay comfortable: unlimited in-room coffee and bottled water, free continental breakfast until 10 AM, and a coffee and cupcakes reception every afternoon until 6:30 PM. They serve beer and wine right at the hotel front desk and also have a cafe next door.

Our Conference workshops, events and meetings will be held at the University of Washington's Alder Commons located at 1315 NE 40th Street/NE Campus Parkway in Seattle. Workshops will be held in four breakout rooms and one auditorium. Meal events like Saturday's Keynote lunch and afternoon Vendor Expo reception, and Sunday's workshop lunch will be held in the same area. The meeting center is a walkable 0.3 miles from the hotel but the hotel does have a shuttle that you can reserve in advance.

The local area has many restaurants ranging from Korean and Vietnamese to Mexican and Indian fare. There are coffee houses, bakeries, and watering holes for end-of-the-day relaxation. All are within walking distance, or you can hitch a ride on the hotel shuttle, ride one of the hotel's cruiser bikes, or hail a taxi or rideshare.

APMM Conferences are rooted in the exchange of information and key learnings between our members. Consider harnessing your experiences, knowledge and ideas and present a workshop! We offer registration discounts for our presenters and other arrangements to make your attendance easier. If you have a topic that you'd like to see presented, let us know that, too.

Together, we make our Conferences the best place to learn, share, and participate in hands-on activities, while you network and interact with your peers. For many model makers who work alone or in smaller organizations, conferences are a rare opportunity to meet and get to know other professionals and colleagues. Strategic alliances, friendships and professional networks are formed and strengthened that make the world of model making more supportive and mutually beneficial.

We are planning some early-bird discounts for those who register well in advance. We're even offering a budget-friendly payment plan for those who want to spread out their cost of attending. Watch for announcements on those soon!

We hope you'll join us in Seattle!
